Speckle, a new supervisor at Weatherly Orphanage, had arrived nine months ago. Over six feet tall with wavy grey hair, he had a deep, scratchy voice and a grip like a vice. He uses his height and snappy tone to as intimidation and a strict sense of order with the children at Weatherly. They fear him and he appears to always be around every corner.
